On-Campus Visits 

Campus Visits include a 20-minute information session with a representative from Admissions followed by a 45-60 minute walking tour of campus with a current student.

Visits that occur on Mondays, Tuesday afternoons, and Fridays also include a separate 20 minute session for parents & advocates to speak with our Family Engagement Counselor about our unique Financial Aid model. Students spend time with our current students during this session. 

 Please allow at least 2 to 2.5 hours for your full campus visit. 

Please note, morning tours are shorter than our afternoon tours to be able to accommodate visitors who need a more abbreviated time on campus. For a more detailed tour, choose an Afternoon visit. Feel free to reach out to us at campusvisits@berea.edu to request any particular stops on your tour or for your visit. We will do our best to accommodate everyone on each tour.

Please select a date and time that best works for you. Note that all times below are Eastern Standard Time. You will need to complete your registration before 1:00 p.m. (EST) in order to secure your spot. You are unable to register online for a same-day Campus Tour. Golf Cart Tours: Please let us know in the form below if you have mobility restrictions and need a golf cart tour rather than a walking tour. 

Spanish Tours: We are happy to offer Spanish tours on a student availability basis.

Overnight Accommodations: Ask us about free (first-come, first-served) overnight accommodations in our Guest House, Sturt Cottage, next door to the Admissions Office by emailing us at campusvisits@berea.edu.

Important Note: We encourage all visitors to complete our quick estimator before selecting a date so they understand how likely they will meet the College's unique financial eligibility requirement.

Please note: Our tour guides are often current students on campus, please patient with our staff as we work through schedule changes as students settle back on campus. If any changes are made to your visit, a Campus Visit Assistant will be in contact. Check back in around mid-September for Campus Visit dates extended through December.
